Blooming SOMA, Setting Sail for Youth

Recently, Xu Ming, Director of Shenzhen Cooper Medical Co., Ltd., traveled to Niuniuba Junior High School in Meigu County, Daliang Mountains, Sichuan. Representing the company, he attended the graduation ceremony for the 2nd cohort of the Cooper SOMA Class, witnessing another group of students successfully complete their three-year junior high school education.

As early as 2012, under the leadership of Chairman Mao Yanfa, Cooper Medical initiated long-term assistance for children in the Daliang Mountains. From donating supplies to supporting teachers, we have accompanied them every step of the way. Since 2020, we co-established the Cooper SOMA Class with the SOMA Charity Foundation, creating a long-term educational assistance mechanism that has guided two graduating classes to date.

Since the project's launch, Cooper Medical and the Foundation have continuously provided targeted assistance to Niuniuba Junior High School. Through sustained funding and developmental care, we empower underprivileged students in Liangshan to pursue their education, protecting the blooming 'SOMA flowers' in the deep mountains. At the ceremony, Director Xu Ming spoke deeply with the school and teachers about the students' growth, listened to the children's academic achievements and future dreams, and offered a congratulatory message to the graduates.

Deeply rooted in healthcare and committed to public welfare, Cooper will continue to uphold its original aspiration of supporting education, advancing the SOMA Class project to help more children in the Daliang Mountains achieve their dreams.
